Gluti Zero is a sister company of Sapori di Casa Pasta by Claudio Iacoponi, they introduce a new simple packaging but is still made using traditional pasta methods handed down through his family for generations. The pasta is lovingly hand made using slow drying techniques to produce a porous and light pasta which combines with any tomato, creamy or pesto based sauce.
This flat Tagliatelle is enriched with egg and pairs particularly perfectly with rich sauces like meaty ragus.
