Sapori di Casa Pasta by Claudio Iacoponi is still made using traditional pasta methods handed down through his family for generations. The pasta is lovingly hand made using slow drying techniques to produce a porous and light pasta which combines with any tomato, creamy or pesto based sauce.
This tagliatelle straw and hay is enriched with egg and pairs particularly perfectly with rich sauces like meaty ragus.
