Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the family "Lo Castro" is a monocultivar oil from 'Nocellara dell'Etna' typical from the slope of the vulcano, intense but extremely armonic and elegant, in the kitchen it's very versatile thanks to its harmony.

100% cold pressed Nocellara dell'Etna olives. An indigenous variety it can only grow on volcanic soil, at the bottom of Mount Etna, Sicily.

Delicate taste, this extra virgin olive oil uses its low acidity to enhance the flavours, instead of overpowering them. For this reason, is excellent on any recipe from the Mediterranean cuisine.
