A traditional Sicilian sauce. Simply prepared with fresh cuttlefish and its black ink, expertly combined with cherry tomatoes, onion, chili pepper, parsley, salt and white wine.

This sauce is perfect with spaghetti or linguine but another suitable version is with risotto.
