Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with all purchases. We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer you a refund on any item purchased (provided it is unopened and in perfect condition, with the original packaging also in perfect condition upon receipt by our warehouse) within 48 hours days of receipt. We do not offer free returns, thus you will need to cover the cost of returning items. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, thus please pack safely to prevent damage during shipping. Please obtain proof of postage and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and order number in the package. Please note we are unable to refund any delivery charges incurred when the initial order was placed.
In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty goods please send us an email and our team will promptly rectify your order. However, we do require the incorrect item/s to be returned to us, before we send a replacement out. We will do our best to minimise any delays this causes. We will refund you with postage cost of returns.
If you have any other issue with a product, please email us and if possible include a picture of the product for our reference.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Your return will be processed upon receipt of returned goods and your refund will be completed within 14 working days.
