This is an easy recipe that is usually prepared on Sundays. We suggest you a tasty meat sauce, made with genuine ingredients, such as the “Hybla” cherry tomato passata. Once the pork sauce is ready, you can also add freshly made pasta or our organic Sicilian durum wheat artisan pasta such as tagliatelle, busiate or rigatoni from the "Lenato" company. Artisan bronze drawn pasta which, due to its evident roughness, holds sauces better, enhancing taste and aromas. At this point, there is nothing more to say that this is a complete and satiating first course and can be prepared all year round.

500g Pork sauce made with cherry tomato passata
350g Organic tagliatelle
1) Prepare the pork sauce as per our last recipe. When cooked, set aside and cook the pasta.
2) Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. You can add a pinch of salt to the boiling water if you prefer.
3) Drain the pasta al dente and pour it directly into the sauce. Mix for few minutes.
4) Serve and garnish with few fresh basil leaves.
